The Vice President, Partner Growth at MedeAnalytics is responsible for the commercial performance of 5 strategic partners integrated with the company. This role focuses on growing a focused portfolio of existing partners to generate $15–$30 million in qualified pipeline and $5–$10 million in new annual bookings.

Core Requirements:

The ideal candidate has built joint go-to-market programs, secured executive commitment, enabled partner sales teams, and converted shared market opportunities into measurable revenue. This leader will treat each partnership as a business to be built and managed, combining strong commercial instincts with operational discipline.

Position Overview:

The Vice President, Partner Growth will develop a joint business plan for each partner, define priority markets and use cases, establish executive governance, activate field-level co-selling, and coordinate opportunities through contract execution. The role will create a common operating model across the portfolio while tailoring each plan to the partner’s capabilities, customer base, commercial model, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Strategy and Revenue Growth:

  • Own the growth strategy and commercial performance of a portfolio of 5 strategic partners.
  • Develop a joint business plan for each partner covering target markets, priority solutions, ideal customer profiles, revenue opportunities, relationship maps, and quarterly priorities.
  • Assess each partnership’s potential and performance, focusing resources on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Build joint value propositions based on partner capabilities, market position, and shared customer needs.
  • Generate $15–$30 million in qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and deliver $5–$10 million in new annual bookings.
  • Execute joint go-to-market programs that include account mapping, campaigns, field engagement, opportunity registration, co-selling, and executive sponsorship.
  • Lead partner-originated opportunities through qualification, solution alignment, executive engagement, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Establish clear ownership, rules of engagement, and handoffs between MedeAnalytics and partner teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and consistent attribution of partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and MedeAnalytics-led opportunities.

Partner Program and Enablement:

  • Build a repeatable operating model covering partner planning, enablement, opportunity management, governance, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Create reusable playbooks, templates, sales assets, training, and success measures that support consistent execution.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, thought leadership, and account-based programs tied to pipeline goals.
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement, Product, Solution Consulting, Services, and Customer Success to equip partner teams to position MedeAnalytics effectively.
  • Use performance data and field feedback to improve the program, remove barriers, and replicate successful approaches across the portfolio.

Executive Relationships and Governance:

  • Build trusted relationships with partner executives, alliance leaders, sales teams, product leaders, and field teams.
  • Establish executive sponsorship and a regular governance cadence for each partner, with clear objectives, commitments, risks, and next steps.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews covering pipeline, bookings, market activity, enablement, relationship coverage, delivery dependencies, and corrective actions.
  • Align partner priorities and incentives with MedeAnalytics’ growth objectives while addressing conflicts directly and constructively.
  • Represent MedeAnalytics in partner leadership meetings, joint customer conversations, industry events, and other strategic forums.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Serve as the internal commercial leader for the 5 partnerships, coordinating Sales, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure integrations, solution capabilities, commercial terms, and delivery expectations support the agreed customer use cases and joint value proposition.
  • Translate partner and market feedback into recommendations for product strategy, packaging, messaging, enablement, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead internal portfolio reviews focused on pipeline quality, deal progression, partner activity, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, opportunity attribution, forecasting, activity tracking, and executive reporting.

Measures of Success:

  • $15–$30 million in new qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • $5–$10 million in new annual bookings generated through the strategic partner portfolio.
  • Pipeline progression, conversion, sales-cycle velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Execution of 5 joint business plans and achievement of partner-specific commitments.
  • Partner field engagement, enablement, account mapping, and co-selling activity.
  • Executive relationship depth and effective governance across all 5 partners.
  • Consistent use of the partner-growth operating model.
  • Strong cross-functional execution and timely resolution of commercial or operational barriers.
