UX/UI Frontend Developer

About the Role: Ruby Labs is seeking a Mid-Level UX/UI Front-End Developer to bridge the gap between design and technology. You'll work hands-on across the frontend using Next.js, taking ownership of the user interface to craft seamless experiences that directly impact engagement and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Create UI concepts from scratch and use AI-powered tools (Claude, v0.dev, Figma AI) to accelerate design exploration.
• Implement UI using Next.js 16+, TypeScript, and Tailwind, building reusable component-based structures.
• Take full ownership of UI delivery, managing client and server state using Zustand and TanStack React Query.
• Integrate A/B testing solutions and add UI animations using Framer Motion.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI Front-End experience in a product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js + TypeScript strongly preferred).
• Solid experience with design-to-code implementation using Figma for pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Fluent English and a strong ownership mindset to proactively identify UI polish issues.
