UX Designer

About the Role: Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralized technology-led agency teams. As a UX Designer (Fixed Term Contract until Dec 31, 2026), you will partner across departments to elevate the concepts of UX designs for mobile apps. You will lead the design and execution of intuitive interaction models for complex digital products with a deep understanding of user needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that clearly articulate design concepts and user flows.
• Translate complex product requirements into tangible design solutions, leading the process from sketches to mockups in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to translate design vision into a highly functional user experience.
• Empower engineering teams by providing clear design specifications and assets for pixel-perfect execution.
• Partner with UX Researchers to prepare and optimize design artifacts for usability studies.

What You Bring

• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in product design or UX.
• Demonstrated experience leading design for the Android platform and adapting user journeys for responsive web interfaces.
• Experience in applying Material Design and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Proficiency in building designs that adhere to established design systems and component libraries.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in another Asian language is a bonus for APAC projects).
