Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded User Acquisition Manager to join our centralized core technology matrix under a permanent full-time remote engagement framework based out of London, United Kingdom. Operating at the direct center of performance marketing data, rapid ad creative experimentation, and mobile monetization metrics, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over scaling our global consumer footprint. Shifting completely away from routine organic social content updates, passive project logging, mechanical text formatting, or slow coordinating loops, you will run an active audience targeting, conversion funnel validation, and high-volume capital allocation laboratory—partnering face-to-face with product engineering, copywriters, and internal creative teams. This position requires a mobile app growth veteran with 5+ years of digital acquisition depth who maps out scalable ad campaigns fluidly natively using Facebook Ads mechanisms, constructs high-yield targeting parameters cleanly natively leveraging Google Ads asset managers, and commands complex international growth funnels confidently under intense startup velocities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Channel Scale Ownership: Architect, deploy, and scale paid mobile user acquisition efforts across core conversion pathways cleanly natively utilizing Facebook Ads channels, TikTok ad networks, and global web-to-app pipelines.
  • High-Volume Ad Budget Optimization: Administer, distribute, and continually optimize heavy daily marketing ad budgets to meet tight strategic targets across distinct international target geographies.
  • Growth Funnel Metrics Auditing: Conduct relentless structural evaluation of customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), attribution modeling, and long-term lifetime value (LTV) trajectories cleanly natively using Google Ads and analytics platforms.
  • Rigorous A/B Creative Testing: Formulate, coordinate, and iterate on ongoing multi-variant tests focused on visual ad creatives, localized copies, lookalike audiences, and alternative landing page paths.
  • Product and Retention Alignment: Partner intimately with internal engineering and design pods to review down-funnel retention cohorts, optimizing in-app onboarding journeys to streamline registration conversion rates.
  • High-Yield Market Discovery: Query consumer behavioral data to pinpoint high-value consumer countries, scaling up deployment frameworks seamlessly into high-revenue emerging regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced digital performance marketing, mobile paid media distribution, or B2C consumer growth pipelines.
  • Proven track record of success scaling mobile consumer applications within hyper-growth startup ecosystems or high-velocity digital consumer agencies.
  • Expert-tier capability launching, setting up, and managing complex conversion campaigns natively utilizing Facebook Ads business infrastructure layers.
  • Deep operational familiarity allocating programmatic ad budgets, tracking audience traits, and evaluating pixel data configurations natively using Google Ads and third-party attribution suites.
  • Solid conceptual knowledge of modern mobile marketing metrics including organic lift patterns, attribution models (SKAdNetwork/MMP), CAC limits, and user cohorts.
  • Location Context: Position open to qualified mobile user acquisition professionals located and resident permanently within London, England, United Kingdom to execute a highly autonomous, work-from-home remote track.
