This role will shape the region’s growth by ensuring adoption and renewal of their tools, working closely with instructors, instructional designers, and university leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of US partner institutions, managing renewals from proposal to contract negotiation, collaborating with the Legal team.
  • Monitor adoption health and translate usage data into actionable plans and reports for partners.
  • Conduct trainings and demos for faculty and instructional designers, advising on pedagogy and product integration.
  • Build cross-institutional relationships, from instructors to C-level, fostering internal champions for long-term engagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the US Account Executive to drive expansion.
  • Visit partners on campus and represent FeedbackFruits at events/conferences (up to 20% of time).
  • Bring partner feedback to the Product team with evidence-based insights.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot records to track renewal forecasts and at-risk accounts.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or partner management, with experience securing renewals (including challenging cases).
  • Comfortable navigating conversations with professors and provosts, driving independent discussions.
  • Quick learner of complex software, adept at analyzing data, and capable of explaining LMS integrations (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) to diverse audiences.
  • Self-driven with strong prioritization and risk-spotting skills; proactive without micromanagement.
  • Confident negotiator who stays composed during renewal challenges, backed by data.
  • Resilient in slow-progress environments, distinguishing between failed strategies and unfinished work.
  • Clear communicator, proactively addressing risks or strategic decisions.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or D2L Brightspace, procurement processes, academic calendars, or HubSpot.
  • Location: Based in the Eastern or Central US time zone, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, 40 hours/week, with 20% travel flexibility.

Compensation & Perks:

  • 401(k) with employer contribution.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% spouse/children coverage).
  • 25 days PTO (combined vacation/sick).
  • Paid birthday day off.

FeedbackFruits is a premier, enterprise-grade pedagogical technology platform engineered to orchestrate massive-scale active-learning ecosystems and intelligent, frictionless peer-feedback workflows. Operating as a pedagogy-first, LMS-integrated suite, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy assessment models—which frequently suffer from extreme faculty grading-workload, disconnected student-engagement loops, and manual administrative overhead—by seamlessly deploying advanced peer-review telemetry, rigorous AI-assisted feedback-coaching architectures, and cohesive collaborative-learning frameworks. Moving beyond rigid, static assessment paradigms, FeedbackFruits empowers global higher-education institutions to dynamically synchronize their student-engagement, skill-development, and assessment-delivery pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—supporting 100+ modular learning activities—natively manages complex group-formation ingestion, instantaneous instructor-grading routing, and automated AI-driven pedagogical coaching, providing the necessary operational foundation to support active learning across any discipline. What sets FeedbackFruits apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless educational-orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive LMS-integration requirements and accessible, intuitive student-centered experiences, the firm empowers modern educators to radically accelerate their assessment velocity, eliminate systemic faculty-burnout bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional dominance in the modern, AI-transformed digital-learning landscape.
