UI/UX Developer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer with a strong combination of user experience design, interface development, and data-platform understanding.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually engaging, and highly functional digital experiences while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

This role is suited for someone who can translate user and business requirements into thoughtful interface solutions and contribute throughout the design and development lifecycle. Experience working with Databricks or data-intensive applications will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and digital applications.
• Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Convert approved designs into responsive and functional user interfaces where required.
• Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, navigation, interactions, and visual elements.
• Conduct usability analysis and identify opportunities to improve user journeys and overall product experience.
• Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Review implemented interfaces and provide feedback to maintain design quality and consistency.
• Design dashboards and data visualization interfaces that present complex information in an intuitive manner.
• Work with data-driven applications and understand how platforms such as Databricks influence user experience and application workflows.
• Contribute to accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design tools, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Document design decisions, user flows, component specifications, and design standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, UI development, product design, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and enterprise-grade digital products.
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of frontend development concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design is highly desirable.
• Experience designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, or data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with Databricks, data platforms, analytics workflows, or enterprise data applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration and ownership.
