Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our core centralized IT Development collective in a full-time project-based remote capacity across Pakistan. Operating at the strategic center of our client-facing application delivery pipelines, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for designing and optimization of end-to-end user experiences for high-stakes enterprise SaaS products and business software modules. Shifting completely away from routine passive vector sketching, minor static landing page edits, superficial promotional graphic creation, or disconnected layout copy typing, you will run an active visual engineering lab—transforming highly complex, non-deterministic backend requirements into pristine, high-converting digital interfaces. This position requires an enterprise tech or business software design veteran with 8+ years of craft depth who maps out multi-tenant workspace logic fluidly natively using UI/UX Design paradigms, constructs pixel-perfect layout tokens smoothly natively using Figma software configurations, and commands advanced interactive prototyping loops confidently under strict project lines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End SaaS Experience Design: Formulate, design, and execute comprehensive user experiences for high-concurrency enterprise web solutions and business applications cleanly natively utilizing UI/UX Design strategies.
• Complex System Architecture Layout Mapping: Translate abstract business logic structures and technical databases into highly clear user flows, wireframe frames, and high-fidelity interface maps natively leveraging UI/UX Design parameters.
• Figma Atomic Design System Governance: Construct, scale, and maintain comprehensive, enterprise-grade design systems and reusable component tokens to ensure seamless, pixel-perfect layout implementation across products natively using Figma primitives.
• Advanced Micro-Interaction Engineering: Create, refine, and deliver highly interactive prototype models, incorporating fluid interface animations, state transitions, and low-latency micro-interactions to increase data scannability.
• Business Application Optimization: Lead the technical interface design for complex corporate tools, including high-density performance dashboards, customer relationship management (CRM) registries, enterprise resource planning (ERP) consoles, and workflow automation environments.
• Cross-Functional Technical Alignment: Partner in lockstep with distributed Product Managers, frontend engineering cells, and business stakeholders to clarify product parameters and ensure zero-fault translation during developer handoffs.
• Heuristic and Usability Diagnostic Reviews: Analyze ongoing end-user behavioral patterns and quantitative click telemetry metrics, translating drop-off insights into clear, actionable UX layout refinements that maximize conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of verified professional history running advanced digital product design, human-computer interaction layout engineering, enterprise SaaS user experience design, mobile application interface mapping, or visual technology consulting.
• Mandatory Vertical Sourcing Experience: Documented career history successfully building, launching, and refining visual interfaces explicitly for data-heavy SaaS platforms, complex enterprise software, high-tier CRM databases, or global ERP systems.
• Expert-tier capability mapping complex user journeys, reducing layout information clutter, and defining info architecture hierarchies natively utilizing UI/UX Design rules.
• Practical operational familiarity organizing nested layouts, managing interactive component variants, and structuring shared style libraries natively using master-level Figma processes.
• Demonstrated technical familiarity with front-end development concepts and modern developer handoff processes to facilitate seamless frontend engine coding.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication attributes in fluent English, enabling absolute confidence and persuasive consultative influence when presenting data-backed layout logic before cross-border stakeholders.
• Mandatory Sourcing Portfolio Rule: Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive, multi-project portfolio showcasing relevant SaaS products, complex dashboards, corporate software, CRM, or ERP projects. Applications without a portfolio will be immediately disqualified.
