Position Overview
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the travel industry? We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements for clients.
This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning about destinations, and creating well-organized travel experiences. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are provided to help you get started.
What You'll Do
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and vacation options
- Assist with travel bookings and reservation details
- Compare available travel options based on client preferences and budgets
- Help organize itineraries and important travel information
- Communicate with clients regarding booking details, updates, and deadlines
- Maintain accurate reservation and client information
- Research activities, transportation, and additional travel services when needed
- Stay current on destinations, travel products, and supplier resources
- Provide professional support throughout the travel planning process

No Previous Travel Experience Required
Previous booking or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn reservation systems, travel suppliers, destination research, and the fundamentals of working with travelers.
