Job Description

About the Role: Our client is Australia's largest provider of aesthetic and medical-grade technology. They are looking to hire a Training Coordinator to manage client training queries, coordinate training sessions, and provide support with the online learning platform, The Education HUB.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all aspects of inbound, outbound, and Zoom training sessions for Dermal Educators and clients.
  • Manage travel logistics for educators conducting outbound training, including booking flights, accommodation, and car hire.
  • Enroll clients in Education HUB modules, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide ongoing navigation assistance.
  • Maintain the Training Calendar, issue Training Certificates, and monitor Competency Checklists.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client communications and feedback records in the Highrise CRM.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in training coordination or a related administrative field.
  • Strong understanding of online learning platforms and proficiency in virtual meeting tools like Zoom.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing travel bookings.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in using CRM systems like Highrise and relevant qualifications in business administration or education.
