Trainer and Program Facilitator (Online Learning for Children)

The Role

MySigrid is seeking passionate and dynamic trainers who combine warmth, creativity, and a strong presence to deliver engaging, interactive, and meaningful learning experiences for children—with a focus on online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate interactive, movement-based, and experiential learning sessions for young children, particularly in virtual environments.
• Create a safe, encouraging space where children feel supported, curious, and connected through intentional communication and charismatic online presence.
• Deliver lessons with clarity, energy, and adaptability, tailoring pacing and methods to individual needs, moods, and learning styles in a virtual classroom.
• Observe student behavior and progress, providing reflective insights to refine future sessions and enhance engagement.
• Maintain structure and flow while remaining responsive to children’s participation and energy levels.
• Use storytelling, creative expression, and imaginative play—incorporating theatre techniques—to make lessons captivating and immersive.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine and enhance training activities and lesson plans for an engaging online experience.

• Reflective and flexible, refining teaching strategies based on feedback and session dynamics while maintaining structure.

Performance-Driven and Developmentally Aligned

• Leverages theatre production skills to create immersive, interactive experiences through play, movement, and sensory exploration.
• Understands virtual learning best practices, offering a child-centered approach in every session.

Requirements

• Background in theatre production, online teaching, early childhood development, or a related field.
• Experience teaching young children in online educational or enrichment programs is highly advantageous.
• Creative communicator with strong online presence, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead energetic, engaging online sessions and maintain a captivating virtual presence.
• Key Competencies:
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in virtual settings.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple online sessions.
