TPM - Wallet & Payments

About the Role: We're building a regulated digital wallet and payments platform in the UAE, and this Technical Program Manager (TPM) role sits at the center of everything. You will connect engineering, product, compliance, and business to keep wallet and payments delivery moving under regulatory pressure, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of wallet and payment features.
• Manage timelines across engineering, product, compliance, and partners.
• Break down complex fintech initiatives into clear execution plans.
• Act as the bridge between engineering, product, compliance/risk, and external partners.
• Work closely with teams to align delivery with UAE regulatory expectations (KYC/AML, payment integrations).

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience as a TPM, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Prior experience working on fintech products (wallets, payments, banking, BNPL, etc.).
• Strong understanding of backend-heavy systems and APIs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
• Bonus: Experience working on fintech products in the UAE and understanding of regulatory constraints.
