We are looking for a Technical Support / QA Specialist to join our team and help investigate technical issues, support game launches, and ensure stable game performance.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical requests from clients, operators, and internal teams.
- Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot slot game issues.
- Analyze logs, game sessions, and technical identifiers.
- Verify game functionality on desktop and mobile.
- Create bug reports and verify fixes.
- Perform smoke/sanity testing after fixes and releases.
- Support production incident investigations and escalate critical issues.
- Track client-facing issues through resolution.
- Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, Account Managers, and other teams.
- Maintain troubleshooting documentation and identify recurring issues.
The Role
- 2+ years of experience in QA, Technical Support, Application Support, or similar.
- Understanding of software testing and client-server architecture.
- Experience with defect investigation and bug reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs and Postman.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good technical communication skills.
- English sufficient for written communication.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, or slot provider products.
- Knowledge of casino/game provider or aggregator integrations.
- Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Sentry, Datadog, or similar tools.
- Understanding of microservices and production incident investigation.
