What you'll be working on:

  • Technical Support Engineers are responsible for monitoring and initial diagnosis of problems in the infrastructure.
  • They respond to alerts and work on them independently or with the duty DevOps for the responsible team. At other times, they are engaged in creating new and improving existing monitoring rules, performing basic DevOps tasks, and documenting all of this.
  • The team has on-duty shifts (1 week per month).

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and version control systems.
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and learn Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, k8s, CI/CD, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Readiness to work with on-duty shifts.
  • B2+ English proficiency.
  • Fluent in the Ukrainian language.
