OpenArt is one of the fastest-growing AI creative platforms, helping millions of users create images, videos, stories, ads, and other creative content with AI. We were selected as one of just five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator and recognized by Notable Capital’s Prosumer AI 40 as one of the most innovative AI-native companies.
We’re a small, ambitious team that moves fast, takes ownership, and builds without waiting for a playbook. As we continue to grow across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and other key functions, we’re looking for a Recruiter who can help us identify, engage, and close exceptional talent.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring from sourcing through offer close.
You’ll proactively identify and engage great candidates, conduct recruiter screens, manage interview pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and help close offers.
You’ll also leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to make sourcing and recruiting faster, smarter, and more scalable.
What You’ll Do
Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and closing.
Build strong outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS.
Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving.
Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency.
Build strong candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruiting.
Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
Interested in using AI and new recruiting tools to improve productivity.
Experience recruiting for startups, technology companies, or across functions such as engineering, product, sales, marketing, or data is a plus.
At OpenArt, recruiting is a critical part of how we build the company. We’re looking for someone who wants to own the outcome, not just manage the process.

OpenArt
View Company ProfileOpenArt (operating at openart.ai) is an all-in-one AI-powered creative platform engineered for generative art and multimedia production. Founded in 2022 by Coco Mao and John Qiao and headquartered in San Francisco, OpenArt solves the fragmented workflows of digital creators by consolidating AI-driven image and video generation into a single, intuitive studio. Under the hood, the platform leverages cutting-edge generative AI models—including proprietary and third-party tools—to transform text prompts, reference images, and creative inputs into high-quality visuals and animations. This allows content creators, marketers, and storytellers to rapidly prototype ads, social media clips, short films, and virtual characters without traditional design barriers. Backed by $35M in funding from investors like Canaan Partners, Basis Set Ventures, DCM Ventures, and Felix Capital, OpenArt has scaled efficiently, achieving $16M in annual recurring revenue with just 10 employees by 2024.
