Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy end-to-end analytics tracking solutions across web, mobile, and single-page applications (SPAs) primarily using Tealium (and other enterprise Tag Management Systems).
  • Maintain, develop, and standardize data layers and Solution Design References (SDRs) across complex, multi-brand digital properties.
  • Configure tracking pixels, custom variables, and event triggers within the TMS to support complex analytics, data privacy, and marketing use cases.
  • Partner closely with client engineering and web development teams to translate tracking requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Rigorously test and validate tracking end-to-end, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all platforms before deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and internal consultants throughout the project lifecycle, from initial presales scoping and effort estimation to final delivery.
  • Remotely mentor junior team members on analytics engineering practices, JavaScript, mobile app tracking methodologies, and privacy/consent management.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to Adswerve’s internal tracking standards and implementation best practices.
  • Participate in creating technical blog posts, webinars, or case studies to help elevate Adswerve’s market presence in non-GMP analytics technologies.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Digital Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or AdTech.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise analytics solutions, with deep, proven expertise in Tealium (iQ / EventStream).
  • Experience with additional enterprise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics/Launch, Segment, Amplitude).
  • Strong fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS specifically tailored for web/mobile analytics deployment and DOM manipulation.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable data layers and translate business requirements into technical SDRs.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app tracking methodologies (iOS/Android SDKs) and single-page application (SPA) behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

This position pays a base salary of $85,000 to $105,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.

Adswerve (operating under adswerve.com, legally Adswerve, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade data, media, and marketing technology consultancy, cloud analytics pioneer, and activation orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity data modeling, cross-stack integration, and programmatic media optimization layer for top-tier brands, performance agencies, and Fortune 500 enterprises across North America. Founded in Denver, Colorado, the firm completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern digital marketing infrastructure—where enterprise brands suffer from siloed user tracking, low-signal attribution loops, and fragmented insights across conflicting cloud ecosystems—by deploying a sophisticated, data-first deployment matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive media buying shops or generic digital marketing agencies, Adswerve natively unifies comprehensive Google Marketing Platform (GMP) architecture consulting, high-throughput Google Cloud ecosystem configurations (including specialized BigQuery, Firebase, and Meridian AI-modeling setups), full-stack Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP orchestrations, and predictive AI analytics into a single high-availability data consulting ecosystem. As the #1 certified Google Marketing partner in the United States and a decorated Gold Adobe partner, the organization manages over $1 billion in annual ad spend and services more than 800 blue-chip clients, including Alaska Airlines and Betterment, routinely driving double-digit performance gains and securing elite honors like the 2026 Adobe Customer Experience Orchestration Partner of the Year. Solidifying its market acceleration and enterprise capability, the firm expanded its operational matrix via strategic acquisitions—including analytics powerhouse Analytics Pros and optimization vanguard MiaProva—and formed a premier AI analytics partnership with Amplitude in May 2026 under the leadership of CEO Tom Zawacki. Backed by private equity titan Abry Partners and Lionfish Capital, the agency maintains exceptional operational stability. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes advanced server-side tagging schemas, automated first-party data warehouses, and secure cross-cloud pipeline adapters built to maximize media return on investment and build AI-ready data foundations without reducing tracking velocity. What sets Adswerve apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing fragmented creative guessing with absolute programmatic measurement clarity, cross-platform ecosystem harmony, and campaign performance velocity; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive data science pipelines and front-end consumer acquisition, the enterprise remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic marketing engineering and global digital transformation.
