Job Description
About the Role: ClickHouse is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent service to customers around the world, focusing on the India, APJ, and EMEA regions. This is a customer-facing role handling technical support via chat, calls, Slack, and virtual meetings, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities.
What You'll Do
- Support and guide ClickHouse users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
- Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source to share via documentation, blogs, and webinars.
- Work with global Support Services, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to define required functionality.
- Provide on-call coverage and guidance within required SLAs via a ticketing system.
- Partner with the Go-To-Market team on deeply technical aspects of POCs.
What You Bring
- Technical depth in ClickHouse, SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, distributed systems, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Previous experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, DBA, SRE, or Systems Engineer.
- Ability to deliver high-quality 24x7 support in a globally distributed environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with reliable remote connectivity.
- Bonus: Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, or data pipelines like Kafka, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
