Technical Consultant

About the Role: 360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will play a key role in seamlessly onboarding new customers by understanding client use cases and translating them into configurations for the 360Learning platform and custom technical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Scope custom technical and consulting projects, build custom solutions, and coordinate with the Technical Services team.
• Support and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from kick-off to handover to support.
• Define platform architecture for clients, facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs, Workato), and guide 3rd-party app deployments.
• Design internal tools to automate repetitive requests and support the team.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships, integrations, or developer relations in a customer-facing role.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Excellent understanding of APIs, REST integrations, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects successfully.
