Technical Account Manager

About the Role: Sigma Prime is a blockchain security and distributed systems consultancy focused on securing critical decentralized infrastructure. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for technically ambitious teams in the Web3 ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of security research and client relationships, managing communications from the first conversation through to the end of complex security engagements.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary relationship owner for inbound client inquiries across the Ethereum and broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with founders and engineering teams.
• Lead early technical conversations to help clients navigate the security assessment and engagement process.
• Coordinate technically accurate proposals and scoping discussions alongside Security Assessment Managers.
• Ensure a smooth transition from the proposal phase into active technical assessments.
• Maintain visibility across the engagement pipeline and contribute to technical articles or ecosystem updates.

What You Bring

• A strong technical foundation or familiarity with blockchain architecture, security, or distributed systems.
• Genuine enjoyment of technical discussions and the ability to engage confidently with highly technical teams.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Experience in technical coordination, developer relations, operations, partnerships, or client engagement.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote-first, global environment.
• Nice to Have: Experience writing technical newsletters, blog posts, or long-form ecosystem content.
