About the Role: Sprinto is an AI-native GRC platform that helps organizations manage risks, audits, and continuous monitoring. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to guide customers through product implementation, ensuring compliance objectives align with business goals while driving technical adoption and a seamless deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Own the onboarding process and guide customers through product implementation.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (founders, CXOs, security leaders) to provide expert guidance on security frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, provide technical recommendations, and drive technical adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Support, and Compliance teams to resolve challenges.
  • Monitor customer pulse, track KPIs, advocate for customer needs, and optimize onboarding workflows.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
  • Technical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integrations and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex security concepts for technical teams and C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-native workflows.
  • Bonus: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are highly preferred.
