We're looking for a high-performing Talent Sourcer to build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline that powers our Engineering team's growth. In this role you'll be a dedicated sourcing engine, focused on market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach strategies to surface world-class technical talent before anyone else does.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
The impact you will have
Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.
Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.
Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
Minimum requirements
3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
Deep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
A data-driven mindset: you track response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance and use that data to improve.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without dropping the ball.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful: you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told.
A growth mindset and a high standard: you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine your craft.
