The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work collaboratively as part of the Talent Acquisition Team to execute on sourcing strategies and build pipelines of talent for critical technical hiring needs. This role focuses on sourcing both passive and active candidates for current and future technical job opportunities.
The primary responsibility involves using a variety of resources to identify talent in local hiring markets and may occasionally manage the full cycle recruiting process to support the team.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify Technical talent for current and anticipated hiring needs across Trace3.
- Monitor talent pipelines to assess depth of candidate pool and take actions to maintain talent levels; engage potential candidates to establish relationships and assess fit for Trace3.
- Utilize proven talent platforms and resources such as social media, internet job boards, industry-specific blogs, name-generation research, cold calling, direct sourcing, trusted professional networks, and local community groups.
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' interest level, skills, qualifications, and salary requirements.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned job requisitions when required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine search strategies for specific requisitions, execute strategies, evaluate results, and adjust tactics to ensure the capture of needed talent.
- Participate and support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in a technical environment.
- Proven experience recruiting or sourcing for AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Intelligence roles.
- Fully adept search capabilities, including conducting research, creating Boolean search strings, networking, cold-calling, and utilizing various internet sourcing tools.
- Regular use of creativity and innovation to identify and engage high-potential talent.
- Ability to produce results for high-volume, high-complexity hiring needs.
- Exceptional candidate care and focus on candidate experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and consultative approach to requests, with the ability to understand user needs and deliver effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-starter with the ability and drive to independently tackle work.
- Ability to maintain confidential and secure records and information.
