Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role: Blue Moon Metals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, attract, and hire top talent across a global portfolio of mining operations. This 6-month contract role is integral in supporting business growth by delivering high-quality candidates for technical, operational, and corporate roles in diverse and often remote locations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers across multiple regions to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles including mining engineers, geologists, and corporate functions.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, industry networks, and job fairs to build a global talent pipeline.
• Coordinate international hiring processes, including relocation, secondments, and mobilization.
• Track recruitment metrics, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and client-facing experience, preferably within mining, natural resources, or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and operational roles in remote or international locations.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Proactive sourcing capabilities, including market mapping, AI tools, and Boolean searches.
• Willingness to travel internationally to site locations and industry events as required.
