Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer support to users of Europe’s leading online fashion retailer.
• Manage order inquiries, returns, and delivery tracking within the fast-paced retail landscape.
• Assist customers with digital account management and loyalty program questions.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels by resolving concerns related to both online shopping and physical retail store touchpoints.
• Provide expert guidance on product information, sizing, and seasonal fashion collections.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of our available Swedish-speaking jobs.
• Strong interest in the retail (online & offline) industry and fashion trends.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is considered a strong asset.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in an international team environment.
