Job Description
About the Role: Crossmedia is a global media independent agency committed to doing media and business the right way. We are searching for a Supervisor, Programmatic Media to join our One Marketplace team. This role oversees Crossmedia's media tactical planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns, utilizing knowledge of the media marketplace to brainstorm new activations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the tactical planning process for campaigns/channels, pushing new and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with Buyers and Associate Directors on media plan development within programmatic media.
- Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams, external vendors, and creative agencies.
- Provide final QA for all reports, ensuring insights are accurate and adhere to overarching strategy.
- Manage team operations, assign tasks, balance workloads, and oversee negotiation of media contracts.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in day-to-day programmatic campaign management, working across multiple DSPs.
- Strong technical knowledge with troubleshooting capabilities in programmatic platforms.
- Experience successfully managing buyers and assistants, with a teacher-at-heart mentality.
- A resourceful, organized, and engaged problem-solving approach.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excited to build the agency with new tools and ideas.
