Position Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous, patient-centric, and technically fluent Supervising Physician (MD/DO) to serve as our principal clinical touchpoint and medical evaluation leader under a part-time, remote contract configuration open across the United States. In this high-leverage telehealth and care optimization seat within our Patient Care team, you will establish the medical framework for elderly and vulnerable patients via remote video visits while reviewing patient care logs. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription blocks, entry-level website layout styling, or superficial customer support phone lines, you will operate an active multi-state virtual intake, clinical safety oversight, and automated care plan validation laboratory. Partnering directly beside dedicated care advocates, registered nurses, and technical platform engineers, you will ensure a safe and highly coherent continuum of care. This position requires an unrestricted licensed medical physician who handles multi-tenant healthcare data sets fluidly natively using Online Tutor, Research, and Project Management primitives, commands active credentials across at least six major US states, and applies deep clinical judgment to improve long-term patient outcomes independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Telehealth Clinical Governance: Conduct structured, high-relevance patient visits over secure video setups, reviewing up-to-date medical records to formulate initial clinical baselines natively utilizing Online Tutor frameworks.
- Elderly Care Relationship Modeling: Build immediate trust, safety alignment, and rapport with an older, vulnerable Medicare population, practicing uncompromised patience, gentleness, and empathy throughout every visit.
- Care Plan Evaluation & Auditing: Review and evaluate multi-tenant patient care plans and logged hours submitted monthly by healthcare advocates, verifying that all interventions move patient metrics in a positive direction natively deploying Project Management guidelines.
- Clinical Judgment & Oversight: Provide expert medical judgment and programmatic review safeguards to keep the distributed clinical continuum entirely safe, risk-managed, and legally effective.
- Software Platform Exploration: Navigate company-specific medical tracking platforms, digital dashboard tools, and algorithmic triage pipelines with advanced technical fluency and immediate tool adaptability natively leveraging Research methods.
- Feedback Iteration Triage: Synthesize frontline medical observations and tool limitations directly back to core tech-driven startup founders to build stronger patient care models and eliminate software friction.
- Regulatory Records Compliance: Coordinate with clinical stakeholders to maintain immaculate, audit-ready case documentation, ensuring all video consult actions align with state-level Medicare parameters.
- Secure Remote Workspace Execution: Maintain a reliable, hyper-stable remote network setup with zero connectivity lag inside a quiet, professional environment to safeguard patient confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess a formal Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution with completed residency requirements.
- Multi-State Licensure Command: Active, completely unrestricted medical board licenses to practice medicine across at least: **California, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Arizona** (holding additional state licenses is a major plus).
- Meticulous professional history with an absolutely clean background record—possessing zero past disciplinary, suspension, or reprimand actions taken against your medical licenses.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with a documented capacity to explain complex medical states calmly and gently to vulnerable elder groups.
- Minimum Commitment & Setup: Readiness to dedicate a fixed minimum of 10 hours per week under flexible part-time parameters from a secure domestic United States home office.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified medical authorities residing permanently within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform or consulting history driving patient coordination explicitly inside the telehealth networks, geriatric care management, digital health tech startups, or Medicare coordination fields.
- Direct operational familiarity manipulating collaborative charts, modern electronic health records (EHR) software, or automated clinical workflow tools.
- An adaptable, high-agency persona characterized by a strong bias toward action, deep intellectual curiosity, and an eager drive to build the care models of tomorrow alongside Silicon Valley product engineers.
What We Offer
- Premium US Digital Health Part-Time Remuneration: A highly competitive contract hourly pay rate discussed transparently and calibrated precisely to your individual states of licensure and medical systems pedigree.
- 100% remote workspace infrastructure freedom open anywhere within the United States, allowing you to optimize your daily calendar with zero physical clinic commute overhead.
- High-Leverage Healthcare Impact: Elite professional checkpoints achieved by single-handedly blueprinting the initial clinical touchpoints, care plan oversight frameworks, and evaluation safety nets backing an innovative Medicare platform.
- Access to uncompromised technical support lines, clear corporate consulting pathways, and an inclusive tech startup culture backed by premier venture capitals (Foundation Capital, Define Ventures) built for absolute system excellence.
