Role Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and execution-driven Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as a core engine room of the business. Operating directly alongside the founding team and product leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving, evolving, and executing the enterprise’s long-term strategic vision. This high-ownership position demands exceptional execution speed, operational design mechanics, and an uncompromising eye for detail to ensure product ecosystem maturity across a regulated market space.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Diagnose complex operational, technical, and compliance bottlenecks from first principles, formulating clear structured solutions and driving cross-functional execution to absolute conclusion.
- Outsourcing & Risk Foundations: Build, implement, and own robust corporate governance frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services, overseeing performance metrics, SLA scorecards, and risk assessments.
- Cross-Functional Pipeline Delivery: Coordinate and streamline product launch timelines across internal legal, compliance, engineering, and operations teams to launch first-in-class features consistently.
- Workflow & Systems Architecture: Architect and deploy scalable operational controls, vendor due diligence pipelines, and risk monitoring protocols. This includes leveraging modern AI infrastructure such as RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation blocks to maximize organizational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Prioritization: Analyze operational throughput and use complex data tracking to make quick prioritization choices on high-impact strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Academic background consisting of an advanced university degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline.
- Demonstrated track record of designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable governance rules and workflow processes across operational or product scopes.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with a proven capacity to leverage complex data to drive decision-making and solve ambiguous system problems.
- Exceptional project management mechanics, holding an innate habit for self-guided execution and continuous professional learning.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset focused on collective accountability.
- Location Constraint: Must be explicitly located and authorized to work within France.
Preferred Attributes (Standout Indicators)
- Two (2) or more years of professional experience operating within the FinTech industry.
- Prior background navigating highly regulated financial environments, digital wealth sectors, or tier-1 banking compliance layouts.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end project delivery within fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
- Direct hands-on experience managing structured product governance frameworks and operational risk matrices.

- Annual Base Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 USD per year (accompanied by equity / corporate stock option plans).
