The Strategic Growth team is responsible for bringing top-producing financial advisors to Savvy and plays a critical role in the company’s continued growth.

In this role you will partner closely with our SDR team, who provide top-of-funnel support by identifying and engaging prospective advisors. From there, you will own the sales process --building relationships with advisors and helping them understand how Savvy’s technology, marketing, operational support, and culture can enable them to build a stronger, more scalable wealth management business.

This is a highly consultative sale centered on influencing successful advisors to make a meaningful career and business transition. You’ll work directly with the decision-makers themselves, allowing you to build genuine relationships, navigate complex considerations, and make a visible impact on Savvy’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring top producing financial advisors with an existing book of business to Savvy by effectively selling the Savvy value proposition.
  • Partner with the SDR team to engage prospective financial advisors, inbound and outbound, and qualify them to ensure they're a strong fit. Build relationships with prospects as a business partner and help them understand the different paths to achieving their business goals.
  • Identify the key pain points a prospective financial advisor has and tailor the sales process accordingly.
  • Prepare for and run the recruiting process to showcase Savvy's technology platform, sales and marketing capabilities, and operational support to prospective financial advisors.
  • Understand a prospective advisor's pricing and compensation expectations and book-of-business transferability, and use that information to customize pricing and compensation contracts that work for both the advisor and Savvy.
  • Leverage internal tools and keep them up to date based on your sales activity.
  • Prepare for and participate in regular business reviews with the Leadership Team, sharing pipeline data, learnings, and next steps, and providing forecasts across your current pipeline and projections for future quarters.

Nuances for this role:

  • This is a quota-carrying role. Deal size ranges from $200K to $1M+ ARR, with an average time to close currently under two months.
  • This is a more humanized sale than the average technology sales process, since you're dealing directly with decision-makers. Think of every financial advisor as the CEO of their own business, this requires a heightened degree of empathy to be successful, along with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Consider a top producing financial advisor who's been with a firm for 10+ years. Their personal and professional identity is often tied to that firm's brand. Successfully educating an advisor and facilitating a move from their prior firm takes outstanding patience, listening, agility, and focus to get the deal done.
  • The equally demanding need for high IQ and high EQ in this role has built an incredibly high-performing, driven team with diverse backgrounds.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in quota-carrying roles
  • 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech startup
  • Experience with deal sizes of $200K to $1M ARR
  • Experience working with deal cycles ranging from 1–12 months
  • Experience selling to senior executives and owners
  • Proficiency with revenue-related technology, such as AI (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Outreach, Gong, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting individuals through a tech-enabled platform business, a staffing agency, or as a corporate recruiter
  • Experience selling in the financial advisory / wealth management space (RIA, broker-dealer, bank)

Savvy Wealth is a premier, enterprise-grade wealth management technology platform and digital-first Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) powerhouse engineered to modernize financial advice delivery. Operating at the intersection of fintech software and human-led wealth advisory, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional wealth management firms—which historically burden wealth managers with manual client onboarding, fragmented CRM tools, administrative compliance backlogs, and clunky investment management interfaces—by deploying a fully integrated, cloud-native OS designed specifically for financial advisors. Moving beyond legacy custodial software stacks, Savvy Wealth equips independent advisors with proprietary AI tools, automated marketing engine workflows, direct indexing capabilities, and real-time client net worth dashboards with elite, scalable, and audit-ready precision. Under the hood, its sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by automated portfolio rebalancing engines, secure client portals, SEC-compliant reporting architectures, and direct integration with premier custodians like Charles Schwab—natively handles high-volume client onboarding, multi-tier asset aggregation, and personalized financial planning workflows. What sets Savvy Wealth apart is its uncompromising dedication to supercharging organic advisor growth and operational yield; by empowering financial planners to offload administrative drag to intelligent software engines, the platform enables advisors to scale their Assets Under Management (AUM), optimize client relationship dynamics, and establish an unassailable benchmark for modern RIA infrastructure.
