Job Description
About the Role: At ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, we are hiring a Strategic Business Development associate to build pipeline within a focused set of high-value accounts. This is not a traditional SDR role; you will go deep within accounts, building relationships across teams, and converting them into qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own pipeline within strategic accounts by executing targeted account plans and creating opportunities.
- Drive multi-threaded engagement by mapping and engaging stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Run high-signal, personalized outbound using AI tools and workflows to prioritize timing and relevance.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and events, starting live conversations without scripts.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity progression.
What You Bring
- Track record of generating meetings, opportunities, or pipeline in a B2B environment.
- Comfort engaging multiple stakeholders within complex organizations and identifying real opportunities.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication, with high ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase the speed and quality of execution.
- Bonus: Experience working in AI, developer tools, or exposure to account-based/strategic outbound motions.
