Strategic Business Development

About the Role: At ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, we are hiring a Strategic Business Development associate to build pipeline within a focused set of high-value accounts. This is not a traditional SDR role; you will go deep within accounts, building relationships across teams, and converting them into qualified opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Own pipeline within strategic accounts by executing targeted account plans and creating opportunities.
• Drive multi-threaded engagement by mapping and engaging stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Run high-signal, personalized outbound using AI tools and workflows to prioritize timing and relevance.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and events, starting live conversations without scripts.
• Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity progression.

What You Bring

• Track record of generating meetings, opportunities, or pipeline in a B2B environment.
• Comfort engaging multiple stakeholders within complex organizations and identifying real opportunities.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication, with high ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI tools to increase the speed and quality of execution.
• Bonus: Experience working in AI, developer tools, or exposure to account-based/strategic outbound motions.
