At Finni, we partner closely with ABA practice owners to help them build, operate, and grow thriving, high-quality practices. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and operator to our provider partners, developing a deep understanding of each practice, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and working alongside practice owners to turn those opportunities into action.

This is a highly collaborative, provider-facing role that sits at the intersection of ABA practice operations, business strategy, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with providers and Finni’s internal teams to bring clarity to complex problems, improve operational performance, and help practices reach their goals.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands what it actually takes to run and grow an ABA practice and can pair that experience with strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and a genuine desire to help practice owners succeed.

What We're Looking For

Deep ABA Practice Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health, with significant experience leading, operating, or scaling an ABA practice or multiple practices
  • A strong understanding of the operational realities of ABA, including clinical operations, staffing, utilization, scheduling, patient growth, retention, compliance, RCM, payer relationships, and reimbursement
  • Experience working across multiple locations and/or states is strongly preferred
  • Experience partnering directly with BCBAs, clinical leaders, practice owners, or other healthcare providers
  • A strong understanding of the relationship between clinical quality, provider capacity, operational performance, and financial outcomes

Business & Financial Acumen

  • A strong understanding of the financial drivers of an ABA practice and what it takes to build a healthy, sustainable business
  • Comfortable analyzing financial statements, budgets, revenue, expenses, staffing costs, utilization, margins, and other key business drivers
  • Experience owning or contributing to a P&L, budget, or financial performance of a practice or region preferred
  • Ability to translate data and financial performance into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of how payer mix, reimbursement, patient volume, staffing, utilization, and retention impact practice performance

Operational Leadership

  • Proven ability to identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and develop practical solutions
  • Experience building or improving processes, workflows, systems, and accountability structures
  • Experience developing or optimizing staffing models, team structures, and workforce strategies
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs and how to use data to improve performance
  • Experience setting and managing performance targets such as growth, retention, utilization, patient access, provider productivity, and NPS
  • Experience supporting new practice or market launches and preparing operations for sustainable growth
  • Comfortable balancing short-term execution with longer-term operational and strategic priorities

Strategic Problem Solving

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems
  • Able to look beyond the immediate issue to identify underlying operational or business drivers
  • Comfortable developing actionable roadmaps and working with stakeholders to execute against them
  • Experience building new operational functions or creating structure where a mature playbook does not yet exist
  • Highly resourceful and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

Provider Partnership & Communication

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to build trust with practice owners and become a credible thought partner on operational and business decisions
  • Comfortable communicating with providers through Google Meet, Slack, email, and other communication channels
  • Able to explain complex operational or financial concepts clearly and make recommendations without being overly prescriptive
  • A genuine interest in helping small business owners build successful practices

About You

Mission-Driven & Provider-Centric
You care deeply about improving healthcare and want to help ABA providers build sustainable practices where they can deliver exceptional care.

Trusted Operator & Advisor
You have real experience running healthcare operations and can move comfortably between strategy and execution. When a practice owner brings you a problem, you’re someone they trust to help figure it out.

Analytical & Business-Minded
You understand that great clinical care and strong business performance go hand in hand. You’re comfortable looking at the numbers, identifying the levers that matter, and turning insights into action.

Operationally Excellent
You naturally look for ways to make things work better. You can identify gaps, improve processes, establish accountability, and build systems that allow practices to scale.

Collaborative & Relationship-Oriented
You enjoy working alongside people rather than simply advising from the sidelines. You build strong relationships, communicate proactively, and know how to influence without authority.

Resilient in Ambiguity
We’re growing quickly, which means things change. You’re comfortable operating without a perfect playbook, figuring things out as you go, and helping build the playbook along the way.

What You'll Do

Partner With ABA Practice Owners

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Finni’s provider partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of each practice’s goals, challenges, financial performance, and growth opportunities
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to practice owners on operational, financial, and growth decisions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve practice performance rather than waiting for problems to arise
  • Help providers translate their goals into clear, actionable plans and work alongside them to execute

Drive Practice Growth & Performance

  • Analyze practice performance and identify the operational and business levers that can drive growth
  • Partner with providers on strategies to improve patient volume, provider utilization, staffing, retention, revenue, and profitability
  • Develop and track KPIs that provide visibility into practice health and progress
  • Create regular business reviews and presentation decks that clearly communicate performance, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • Help providers understand the financial and operational implications of key decisions

Support Practice Launches & Scaling

  • Project manage provider launches and help ensure practices are set up for success from day one
  • Partner with providers as they navigate the operational challenges of launching and scaling their practice
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and coordinate with internal Finni teams to resolve them
  • Continue supporting providers as their practices evolve and scale — not just through launch, but throughout the life of the partnership

Improve Operational Excellence

  • Identify recurring operational challenges and work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions
  • Improve workflows, processes, tools, and systems that make it easier for providers to run their practices
  • Use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and measure the impact of operational improvements
  • Help establish clear SLAs, KPIs, and accountability structures across the provider experience
  • Partner with Finni leadership to continuously improve how we support practices at scale

Work Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate closely with teams across Finni, including RCM, credentialing, product, operations, and leadership
  • Serve as a bridge between provider needs and internal teams
  • Help prioritize and solve issues that require cross-functional coordination
  • Work directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives that improve the provider experience and strengthen Finni’s operating model

Build a Best-in-Class Provider Experience

  • Become an expert on Finni’s products, services, and operating model
  • Ensure providers have the information, resources, and support they need to be successful
  • Help improve provider-facing resources, training, documentation, and self-service tools
  • Identify opportunities to make the provider experience more proactive, scalable, and effective

Finni Health (operating under finnihealth.com) is the premier, enterprise-grade provider-centric autism care platform, clinical workflow innovator, and behavioral health infrastructure pioneer engineered to operate as the definitive, high-velocity practice management and insurance orchestration layer for independent Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapists across North America. The company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern autism care delivery—where passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) face immense administrative burdens, complex multi-state insurance credentialing backlogs, fragmented patient billing structures, and high upfront costs to start standalone clinics—by deploying a unified, full-stack practice enablement ecosystem. Moving far beyond traditional, passive healthcare databases or rigid electronic medical record systems, Finni Health natively unifies rapid 2-week practice launch frameworks, direct insurance contracting networks, automated smart scheduling, and real-time patient progress tracking into its custom operational application workspace. Backed by Y Combinator (W23) and elite healthcare institutional venture capitalists like General Catalyst, the platform empowers individual providers to break free from corporate private-equity constraints, transition to independent business owners in as little as 30 days, and deliver highly personalized, in-home or in-clinic behavioral care with production-hardened precision. Under the hood, its sophisticated technical core processes automated multi-tenant scheduling calendars, secure document signing modules, and automated revenue cycle management pipelines that reduce time-to-payment while supporting families with intuitive progress analytics. What sets Finni Health apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing administrative healthcare overhead with absolute provider autonomy and patient impact; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive insurance infrastructure and front-line compassionate therapy, the firm remains the definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic behavioral health deployment and distributed practice acceleration.
