About AnswersNow:
At AnswersNow, we are trailblazing the future of autism therapy, making it more immediate, accessible, and effective for families everywhere. Our innovative virtual ABA therapy platform is thoughtfully designed by clinicians to recreate the focused, supportive environment of in-person therapy, complete with distraction-free features and interactive activities that enhance engagement and progress.
Our team operates fully remotely—meaning you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, and will never have to report on-site to provide client support. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that's reshaping autism therapy, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will own strategy and outcomes for a significant product area. You will identify the highest-impact opportunities, define the product strategy to address them, sequence a roadmap against measurable goals, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through execution and iteration.
You’ll operate as a hands-on individual contributor, working closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to shape solutions, drive delivery, and connect product decisions to broader company goals.
About You:
- You are deeply curious and a strong critical thinker who asks questions, challenges assumptions, and gets to the root of a problem.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information, using strong judgment to create structure, move quickly, and know when to go deeper or change course.
- You form strong points of view and are comfortable advocating for them, while staying open to new evidence and changing your mind when warranted. You are collaborative, low ego, and communicate clearly through complexity and disagreement.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas or high-impact initiatives.
- A track record of defining product strategy, sequencing a roadmap, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with the ability to make good decisions in ambiguous, complex environments.
- Comfort working closely with Engineering and Design teams that use AI-enabled tools and modern development practices to prototype, iterate, and ship quickly.
- Active use of AI tools in your own product management workflow to improve the speed and quality of your work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Successfully shipped and driven outcomes through AI-enabled products, including workflow automation or LLM-powered capabilities.
- Experience building products that span both customer-facing and internal operational workflows.
- Have working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, ABA therapy, or another regulated service environment.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Product Strategy and Outcomes
- Own a significant product problem space, driving solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, data, and business context.
- Align cross-functional partners and senior leaders around strategy, priorities, success metrics, and key tradeoffs.
- Continuously assess whether the strategy is working and adjust direction based on results, customer insight, and changing business needs.
Build and Sequence the Roadmap
- Develop and refine a roadmap designed to achieve outcomes rather than deliver a predetermined set of features.
- Sequence work based on impact, learning, dependencies, and technical foundation to deliver near-term value in service of the longer-term strategy.
- Partner with Engineering and Design on solution approaches, technical tradeoffs, and build-versus-buy decisions.
Lead Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration, creating clarity around goals, decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Stay close to execution, including requirements, scope, prioritization, and product quality, while identifying risks early and keeping important work moving.
- Measure results and determine when to iterate, scale, change direction, or stop.
Use Data and Customer Insight
- Establish the metrics and instrumentation needed to understand performance, diagnose problems, and measure impact.
- Combine product analytics, operational data, research, feedback, and frontline observation to guide decisions and form testable hypotheses.
- Build deep expertise in the needs of the families, clinicians, and operational teams we serve and use that understanding to shape product direction.
