Staff Business Solutions Engineer, Collaboration Products

About the Role: Airbnb is looking for a Staff Business Solutions Engineer to join our Collaboration Products team. You will be responsible for leading business enablement by utilizing technical skills and deep understanding of SaaS technologies to deliver a streamlined, cloud-based collaboration stack. As AI continues to transform enterprise productivity, you will play a key role in integrating AI-driven solutions across our global employee base to enhance creativity and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic liaison between business groups and technology, aligning tech capabilities with strategic vision.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma).
• Lead business requirements gathering and analyze processes to incorporate AI-driven technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads to translate requirements into technical designs, including AI-enhanced workflows.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including UAT approvals, sprint planning, and system configuration.
• Document and prioritize enhancements and bug fixes, specifically focusing on self-service knowledge repositories and "shift-left" initiatives.

What You Bring

• 9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies used for internal employee collaboration.
• Deep proficiency in Jira Cloud; familiarity with Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma, and Airtable is a strong advantage.
• Strong background in business requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, and data diagrams.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise collaboration tools.
• Exceptional analytical and system design skills with a track record of seeing tasks through to completion.
• Experience working with self-service support tools in a high-growth environment.
