About the Role: Superhuman is an AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. As a Staff Brand Writer, you will operate at the intersection of product, brand, and strategy, crafting narratives that bring our products to life and ensuring every word reflects clarity, intention, and craft.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver high-impact brand and product writing across campaigns, launches, and key user touchpoints.
• Translate complex product features and AI capabilities into clear, compelling, and natural language without sacrificing accuracy.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Research to develop aligned, user-centered narratives.
• Drive campaign development alongside designers and marketers, ensuring messaging is product-first and differentiated.
• Raise the bar for writing craft across the organization and mentor other writers on the team.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in brand, product, or content writing with a strong portfolio of product storytelling.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex product functionality into simple, intuitive, and engaging language.
• Experience contributing to or leading creative and content strategy across campaigns or product ecosystems.
• High level of craft, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Bonus: Experience working on AI-native or highly technical products.

• Base pay ranging from $167,000 to $278,000 per year, varying by compensation zone and location.
