Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, deeply hands-on Sr. Technical Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle deployment of our Agentic AI Applications framework. In this high-ownership role, you will bridge the gap between complex mathematical concepts and enterprise-grade software execution, sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with backend developers and data scientists during intense design reviews, model evaluation processes, and system debug loops. This track is engineered for a technical leader who masterfully navigates abstract ambiguity, prioritizes product features ruthlessly, and takes personal pride in shipping robust, low-latency API contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Advanced AI Development: Translate cutting-edge machine learning concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), dense vector embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic execution workflows into stable production pipelines.
• Deep Technical Collaboration: Partner actively with infrastructure engineers and data scientists during brainstorming and model benchmarking sessions to drive system logic clarity and unblock delivery velocity.
• Platform Quality Governance: Own and monitor comprehensive system performance metrics, evaluation benchmarks, model accuracy distributions, and functional API schemas.
• Roadmap Strategy & Iteration: Direct the multi-year product roadmap, balancing target user value against technical feasibility and time-to-market constraints while scaling features through tight agile sprint loops.
• Customer Workflow Synthesis: Collaborate closely alongside Customer Success squads to track how enterprise users interact with our agents, converting messy legacy workflows into elegant automated software solutions.
• Culture Leadership: Cultivate a get-it-done workspace environment focused on speed, cross-functional accountability, and crisp, no-nonsense technical storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional product management or hands-on technical leadership experience delivering complex SaaS, Machine Learning, or AI platform products.
• Strong, authoritative technical fluency navigating advanced data structures, LLM topologies, multi-tier embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Demonstrated capability to problem-solve, evaluate risk-performance trade-offs, and execute high-impact architectural decisions with imperfect or ambiguous parameters.
• High-agency entrepreneurial drive, optimized to thrive within fast-paced startup environments and turn quick validation pivots into system features.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to shipping clean, production-ready product builds.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication mechanics, capable of presenting complex developer choices clearly to business teams and clients.
