Job Description
About the Role: G-P's leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™ enables clients to expand into over 180 countries quickly and efficiently. We are looking for a Sr. Support Specialist to handle day-to-day HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries for customers and professionals across the APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
What You'll Do
- Support Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk and act as a Subject Matter Expert for day-to-day ticketing operations (Zoho/Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Organize and maintain employee records, process benefits administration, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Communicate effectively with professionals, customers, and partners (insurance/pension vendors) to resolve queries.
- Coordinate with internal Centers of Excellence including IT, Finance, Payroll, and Customer Success.
- Audit data changes to ensure accurate/timely payment and participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.
What You Bring
- 8+ Years of Experience with at least 4-6 years in Global Shared Services handling all regions.
- At least 2 years in Global HR Shared Service experience with a key focus on IT Helpdesk.
- Extensive knowledge in Zoho IT Helpdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and real-time Chat bot handling.
- Strong experience in Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP, or other relevant HRMS tools.
- Note: Must be available to work a night shift schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST.
