Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detailed, analytical, and process-oriented Senior Success Operations Specialist to join our core Supply Chain Innovation vertical under a permanent, full-time remote configuration within India. In this high-leverage B2B merchant operations seat, you will hold absolute technical accountability for coordinating logistics networks, tracking high-volume freight records, and enforcing retail compliance codes for ShipBob’s largest commercial merchants. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated customer support chat queues, manual content modification entries, or simple helpdesk ticketing, you will operate an active cross-functional transport management system (TMS), retail chargeback dispute, and multi-tenant warehouse data synchronization laboratory. Partnering directly beside internal Product, Operations, Implementation, and Fulfillment Center teams, you will eliminate delivery friction while delivering white-glove support. This position requires an operations authority with 3–5 years of backend data management history who handles supply chain logistics fluidly natively using Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) primitives, demonstrates uncompromised tracking agility, and operates efficiently on a dedicated night shift schedule matching North American business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Pipeline Tracking Governance: Build, calibrate, and accurately maintain complex merchant-facing purchase order trackers, capturing real-time PO metrics, status indicators, and retailer variables natively utilizing Data Entry schemas.
• Outbound Freight Orchestration Control: Coordinate physical shipments by communicating close-knit with operations hubs, carrier companies, and transportation brokers to guarantee timely load pickups across ShipBob fulfillment centers.
• Retail Compliance Documentation: Formulate and generate accurate, fully compliant Bills of Lading (BOLs) matching legal retailer frameworks and GS1 data standards natively deploying Virtual Assistant primitives.
• Manual Logistics Asset Generation: Produce error-free advanced shipment notices (ASNs), retailer packing slips, custom shipping labels, and pallet identification sheets where programmatic configurations require manual intervention.
• Chargeback Dispute Analytics & Sourcing: Provide the internal retail compliance team with structured supporting data and audit runbooks to aid in the reversal and dispute process of unfair retailer-issued penalties.
• TMS Engine Optimization & Routing: Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) to execute timely product routing paths inside complex retailer Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Error Telemetry Diagnostics: Monitor active error reporting nodes, troubleshoot database defects, and isolate tech issues to run smooth technical escalations to our engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional Logistics Syncing: Attend fulfillment center stand-up syncs to track defects, resolve immediate site inventory questions, and enforce uncompromised execution timelines natively using Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–5 years of proven, successful professional technology or logistics experience operating as an Operations Specialist, Logistics Assistant, Procurement Coordinator, Data Operations Analyst, or closely matching tech-enabled backend administration capacity.
• Expert Data Ingestion Command: Production-grade operational literacy managing tabular datasets, building structural lookup formulas, and reconciling distribution statistics natively using Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Grounded functional comprehension of foundational supply chain mechanics—specifically encompassing freight routing steps, distribution rules, product traceability logs, and retail compliance parameters.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background delivering clear multi-department updates with absolute confidence.
• Shift & Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified digital operations authorities residing permanently within India, requiring uncompromised availability to fulfill fixed US hours night shifts (7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST).

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior platform or operations background managing order-fulfillment pipelines explicitly inside the global B2B e-commerce sector, retail drop-shipping spaces, or heavy high-concurrency warehouse distribution environments.
