Sr. Sales Engineer

About the Role: Invoca is an AI-powered revenue execution platform that turns customer interactions into measurable growth. As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will be the technical heartbeat of the go-to-market organization. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to architect demo ecosystems, solve complex customer challenges, and push the boundaries of what AI can do for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain the "Gold Standard" demo environment, building functional full-stack prototypes and dashboards.
• Create modular demo assets and automate data flows using tools like Zapier or Workato.
• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, integrations, and navigate complex technical blockers.
• Act as the lead architect during deep-dive technical reviews with customer CTOs and Security Officers.
• Implement "Human-in-the-Loop" checkpoints to ensure AI-generated demo content is reliable and safe.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to translate dry technical architecture into a compelling "Value Story."
• Bonus: Full-Stack Engineering DNA (proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js) and deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Bonus: Generative AI Expertise with practical experience in LLM orchestration (RAG, Prompt Engineering) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 / year plus commission.
