About Stellar Cyber: Stellar Cyber is a fast-growing global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity and the pioneer of Open XDR. Trusted by prominent global enterprises, government agencies, and over 30% of the world’s top Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), our platform revolutionizes threat detection and automated response loops. We foster a collaborative, high-agency environment dedicated to human-centered platform design.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly collaborative and customer-focused Senior Product Manager, UX to drive user experience strategy and execution across our core cybersecurity platform. This strategic role bridges the gap between Product Management, UI/UX Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex, multi-layered technical security parameters into intuitive and scalable interfaces for security analysts. The ideal candidate understands how to optimize enterprise SOC workflows while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Experience Ownership: Drive a cohesive, intuitive, and persona-aware frontend journey that scales across our Open XDR product portfolio. Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design consistency.
  • User Discovery & Insight Loops: Lead contextual discovery sessions, quantitative usability studies, multi-tier workflow analysis, and client interviews to map the baseline customer journey.
  • Agile Execution & PRDs: Create and maintain clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), comprehensive user stories, rigorous acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation to feed sprint cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary point of alignment between product management, engineering, and UX/UI design teams using wireframes and active prototyping pipelines.
  • Metrics & Continuous Iteration: Define and monitor core experience KPIs including platform adoption metrics, time-to-value (TTV) trends, user engagement parameters, and behavioral drop-offs to continuously optimize platform layout logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional Product Management experience handling enterprise cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, MDR, XDR, IAM, Cloud/Endpoint Security, or Vulnerability Management).
  • Deep domain expertise navigating enterprise security operations, SOC environments, or large-scale analytical software infrastructure.
  • Robust understanding of human-centered design principles, cross-browser responsive testing, and customer journey mapping methodologies.
  • Proven capacity to manage agile/scrum development processes inside high-growth or startup environments.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional stakeholder management metrics.
  • Familiarity with standard platform management and design coordination toolsets: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Productboard.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UI/UX Design, or an allied quantitative field.

Preferred Skills & Mindsets

  • Deep customer empathy paired with a natural design thinking approach to solve messy operational challenges.
  • Advanced exposure optimizing high-density data visualization layouts and interactive SOC executive dashboards.

Benefits & Total Rewards

  • Annualized Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $215,000 USD per year (varied based on geographic location and validated domain skills).
  • Pre-IPO Stock Option allocations plus performance-tied bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and medical insurance care plans.
  • 401(k) retirement savings configuration matching frameworks.
  • Corporate-sponsored life insurance protections.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) allowances and an internal employee referral reward program.
  • Robust enterprise internal Rewards and Recognition Program.
