- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead complex initiatives bridging product engineering squads with revenue organizations, including Sales, Ad Operations, Data Science, and Marketing teams.
- Monetization Platforms Scale: Build, scale, and manage CRM-powered products enabling personalized engagement, cohort targeting, sponsored messaging campaigns, and first-party audience activation loops.
- MarTech & CDP Integrations: Architect integrations across premium enterprise marketing platforms and customer data hubs (such as Iterable, Braze, or equivalent lifecycle tools) for automated signal enrichment.
- Data-Informed Experimentation: Leverage multi-variant A/B testing, cohort data modeling, and behavioral telemetry analysis to optimize platform monetization yield and advertiser ROI.
- Privacy & Compliance Governance: Ensure next-generation audience targeting tools strictly adhere to evolving global data privacy laws, consent frameworks, and identity system standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong domain expertise mapping lifecycle marketing funnels, automated user segments, and ad-supported digital media business flows.
- Proven capability to independently drive product strategy frameworks from vague conceptual phases into technical production delivery.
- Extensive experience working alongside backend infrastructure engineers to configure complex marketing automation or personalization platforms.
- Advanced data analytics skills with a habit of utilizing experimentation matrices and user behavioral tracking to defend product hypotheses.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and verbal communication mechanics to influence cross-functional technical developers and corporate sales leaders.
- Location Scope: 100% remote eligibility open to senior product leaders based inside Poland.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Direct history engineering advertising products or identity matching layers within high-traffic, ad-supported consumer platforms.
- Familiarity navigating Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), unified identity data graphs, or first-party audience attribution logs.

- Base Entry Salary: Starting at 202,000 PLN per year.
- Premium tech hardware including a MacBook Pro and all necessary remote home office work gear.
- Company‑sponsored stock option incentives.
- Comprehensive Cafeteria Benefit Program including top-tier private medical care, gym memberships, and targeted wellness/shopping bonuses.
- Free company-paid access to premium professional online courses, tech platforms, and digital book networks.
- Voluntary Time Off (VTO) allocating one paid day off every quarter explicitly for non-profit volunteering tracks.
- Frequent international team-bonding events, flexible working hours, and supportive employee hobby groups.
