Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and process-oriented Sr. Order Management Analyst to join our core Revenue Operations division under a permanent, full-time remote footprint open across the United States. Operating as a high-leverage individual contributor (IC), you will claim absolute ownership over complex quote-to-cash workflows, translating non-standard deal parameters into accurate, compliant revenue. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, superficial website styling edits, or standalone helpdesk ticketing, you will operate an active enterprise contract validation, order fulfillment synchronization, and multi-tenant billing exception triage laboratory. Partnering cross-functionally alongside field Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and RevOps networks, you will decompose ambiguous customer scenarios into scalable transaction rules. This position requires a sales operations specialist with 3+ years of SaaS history who structures business data fluidly natively using Project Management, Research, and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) primitives, commands complete mastery over Salesforce ERP ecosystems, and executes high-volume tracking runs securely without breaking speed limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote-to-Cash Workflow Governance: Meticulously evaluate, audit, and process enterprise customer transactions, ensuring flawless downstream accounting and compliant revenue mapping natively utilizing Project Management and order guidelines.
- Non-Standard Deal Triage: Apply rigorous analytical and structured thinking to highly complex, ambiguous deal structures, proactively identifying revenue leakage risks, billing errors, and fast resolution paths.
- Cross-Functional Inefficiency Elimination: Partner close-knit next to field Sales, Deal Desk, Corporate Finance, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) squads to resolve transaction bottlenecks and permanently eliminate recurring process errors.
- Root-Cause Telemetry Analytics: Investigate and model order execution history datasets natively using Research methodologies to identify transactional trends, systemic anomalies, and process optimization avenues.
- SOP and Documentation Scaffolding: Author, operationalize, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job aids to systematically increase throughput consistency and processing scalability.
- Fulfillment Tracking and Communication: Continuously monitor order fulfillment lifecycles, maintaining a proactive communication bridge with internal engineers and enterprise buyers regarding milestone delays.
- Database Systems Calibration: Supervise, extract, and maintain pristine operational metrics across core enterprise database configurations and CRM landscapes natively leveraging Salesforce networks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a matching highly quantitative or corporate discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional technology experience operating as an Order Management Specialist, Sales Operations Coordinator, Billing Integrity Analyst, RevOps Lead, or closely matching tech-enabled data verification capacity within a fast-paced software environment.
- Expert Enterprise Systems Command: Absolute, production-grade operational literacy configuring, mapping, and executing workflows natively utilizing Salesforce (required) and prominent ERP frameworks (such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar databases).
- Demonstrated background managing high-volume document queues while balancing extreme details tracking, transactional urgency, and strategic business impact.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and numerical communication strengths in English, with an established history presenting technical structural limitations clearly to global commercial divisions.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified sales infrastructure and revenue operations authorities residing permanently within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform or consulting background handling quote-to-cash loops specifically for publicly traded B2B SaaS corporations, multi-tier product-led growth (PLG) setups, or high-volume enterprise AI analytics marketplaces.
- Familiarity with tracking metrics, automated billing integrations, or advanced contract lifecycle management (CLM) extensions.
- An adaptable scale-up drive characterized by a continuous improvement mentality, a strong growth mindset, and comfort making sound operational decisions with incomplete data layers.
