Sr Manager, Statistical Programming

About the Role: At Gilead, we're creating a healthier world for all people. We are seeking a Sr Manager, Statistical Programming to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external vendors, ensuring the efficient, high-quality production of analysis datasets and statistical outputs in support of Gilead's regulatory and scientific objectives.

What You'll Do

• Generate or oversee the production of programming deliverables (e.g., tables, figures, listings) for study reports and integrated summaries.
• Direct the design and/or coding of analysis files and anticipate resource needs.
• Provide primary and secondary programming support while ensuring consistent documentation.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory reporting requirements (FDA, PMDA, EMA) for electronic data submissions.
• Interact cross-functionally to define and produce user-defined ad hoc statistical reports.

What You Bring

• BS (8+ years), MS (4+ years), or PhD (2+ years) in Biostatistics, Computer Science, or equivalent with relevant pharma/biotech experience.
• Extensive experience with statistical programming using SAS software, including SAS Macros.
• Advanced knowledge of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM) and clinical trials design.
• Hands-on experience in pivotal studies and regulatory submissions (NDA, BLA, MAA, etc.).
• Bonus: Prior experience in oncology, hematology, virology, and inflammation is strongly preferred.
