Sr. Manager, Product Design

About the Role: Buyers Edge Platform is revolutionizing the foodservice industry through technology. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Design to own design for Back Office, our enterprise restaurant management platform. Reporting to the VP of Design, you will lead a team of four designers, shape product direction, and define design excellence for a highly complex B2B ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Hold and evolve the long-term product design vision for Back Office in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of four product designers, providing direction and raising the quality bar.
• Grow and structure the component library, making it AI-ready to support AI-assisted building and generation.
• Advocate for users in strategic roadmap discussions and articulate design's role in driving product outcomes.
• Champion AI-assisted workflows and define design quality metrics that matter to the business.

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years in product or UX design, with at least 3–5 years in a people management or design leadership role.
• Proven track record leading design for complex enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tooling, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience growing a component library or design system with a team.
• Bonus: Experience in food service, hospitality, supply chain, or financial software.
