Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally articulate, data-driven, and cross-functional Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to join our centralized Brand Strategy division under a permanent, full-time remote framework within the United States. Operating as a senior player-coach in close partnership with the Senior Director, you will step up to claim absolute integrated campaign orchestration, positioning framework deployment, and multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) accountability across our enterprise portfolio. Shifting completely away from routine virtual assistant task listing, non-technical customer chat handling, or generic data entering logs, you will run an active audience segmentation, narrative translation, and campaign performance evaluation laboratory—partnering face-to-face with product directors, business development executives, program managers, and technical cleantech specialists. This position requires a corporate communications authority with 8+ years of experience who shapes business value arguments fluidly natively using Lead Generation workflows, evaluates marketing conversion indicators cleanly inside advanced analytics platforms, and directs complex regulatory product narratives confidently across fast-paced commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Integrated Campaign Ownership: Command the strategic planning, layout curation, and end-to-end execution of integrated multi-channel marketing initiatives to accelerate product adoption and maximize brand awareness natively utilizing Lead Generation tracks.
  • Technical Value Translation: Master complex environmental policies and technical cleantech mechanisms, transforming dense programmatic data points into crisp, audience-focused, and highly compelling value propositions.
  • Cross-Functional GTM Strategy: Collaborate side-by-side with Product and Business Development units to engineer, iterate, and refine scalable market activation plans that align perfectly with client procurement needs.
  • Strict Identity and Voice Governance: Enforce absolute narrative consistency, messaging tone, and visual brand identity rules across all corporate outputs, encompassing presentations, printed items, and digital assets.
  • Content Architecture and Editing: Personally author, audit, and upgrade high-visibility external content pieces, including detailed blog posts, technical articles, industry insights, and case studies to defend premium quality benchmarks.
  • Analytics-Driven Campaign Optimization: Define, monitor, and report on key campaign telemetry, extracting actionable data-driven insights from marketing performance systems to optimize future conversion strategies.
  • Internal Communication Consulting: Serve as a trusted segment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to internal stakeholders, providing structured communication guidance and strategic media solutions to navigate complex competitive landscapes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a highly related quantitative business discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of verified professional history leading complex brand marketing campaigns, corporate positioning efforts, or high-stakes communication tracks.
  • Mandatory Industry Background: Proven history directing marketing solutions explicitly within the energy, utilities, sustainability, cleantech, or heavily regulated data-intensive sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing, launching, and tracking integrated multi-channel commercial programs targeting institutional, corporate, or government client domains.
  • Outstanding written, presentation, and content development capabilities in English, with an advanced ability to restructure technical engineering data into accessible commercial formats.
  • Strong grasp of analytical marketing tools, database monitoring infrastructure, and campaign evaluation platforms to support resource allocation.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open exclusively to technical marketers operating from an established home workspace within the United States.
