Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants across the USA staffing market. You will be responsible for the full bench sales lifecycle, from marketing consultants to negotiating rates and securing placements on C2C, W2, and contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultant Marketing: Aggressively market bench consultants using job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and vendor networks.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies in the US.
  • Sales Lifecycle: Identify suitable contract opportunities, coordinate submissions, manage interviews, and oversee the onboarding process.
  • Rate Negotiation: Negotiate billing rates and contract terms to ensure maximum value for both the consultant and the company.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain daily logs of submissions and interviews, working closely with account managers to fulfill client needs.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales and IT Staffing.
  • Deep understanding of the US recruitment process and various visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
  • Expertise with US job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong existing network of vendors and implementation partners in the USA.
  • Excellent communication and high-level negotiation skills.
  • Experience placing consultants across technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML.
