Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across job boards and sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in Bullhorn.
  • Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo and other job boards.
  • Proven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience with recruitment process outsourcing industry as a full-time recruiter.
  • Knowledge working on Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Skilled Trades requirements.
