Sourcing Manager – Upstream Supply Chain

About the Role: Hansø Home is building a category-defining brand in outdoor living. We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Sourcing Manager to own a critical part of our upstream supply chain — from purchase order creation all the way to delivery at U.S. ports. You will sit at the intersection of strategic sourcing, production planning, and inbound coordination.

What You'll Do

• Support and co-own supplier relationships in China, negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and payment terms.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders and propose replenishment plans based on demand and lead times.
• Coordinate production schedules with suppliers to support business needs and reduce lead times.
• Oversee quality control processes for inbound shipments and coordinate pre-shipment inspections.
• Partner closely with Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from factory to freight.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong experience managing suppliers in China or the broader Far East.
• Direct experience creating and managing purchase orders, replenishment cycles, and international shipping processes (Incoterms).
• Familiarity with Cin7 Core or a similar ERP / inventory system.
• Highly analytical, organized, and confident in communicating with international suppliers.
