About Fresh Prints: Fresh Prints is a fast-growing, New York City-based custom apparel company experiencing rapid year-over-year expansion. We design, manufacture, and distribute custom garments, building a highly reliable and agile supplier ecosystem worldwide. Operating on an entrepreneurial, tech-forward framework, our Operations team tackles major global supply chain challenges across multiple product categories. We cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and zero-ego remote work culture where builders receive the ownership, mentorship, and development opportunities needed to scale processes quickly and create high-leverage business value.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detailed, process-oriented, and proactive Sourcing and Order Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement and overseas manufacturer coordination under a permanent, full-time Work From Home (WFH) layout within China. Sitting within our global supply chain vertical, you will take full technical ownership of custom apparel pipelines, from initial quote verification to final multi-locale distribution. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated customer support phone trees, basic layout styling edits, or generic retail sales clerk workflows, you will operate an active cross-border supplier negotiation, multi-stage purchase order (PO) auditing, and manufacturing capacity tracking laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed sales execution cells, design teams, and fulfillment managers, you will coordinate complex Made-To-Order operations and brand collaboration projects. This position requires an operational expert with 1.5+ years of strategic buying history who handles supply chain tracks fluidly natively using Virtual Assistant, Project Management, and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) primitives, resolves production anomalies autonomously, and maintains excellent communication with international stakeholders during fixed afternoon and evening shift lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Procurement Governance: Execute, audit, and release accurate purchase orders (POs) for custom apparel orders, tracking manufacturer workflows against rigorous production timelines natively utilizing Virtual Assistant primitives.
  • Supplier Contract Negotiation: Coordinate directly with international garment manufacturers, negotiating cost margins, delivery parameters, material specifications, and quality guarantees to secure structural pricing advantages.
  • Cross-Functional Production Liaison: Act as the primary, high-agency point of contact for external printers, factory managers, and internal design/fulfillment cells to quickly resolve operational delays or product bottlenecks.
  • Supply Chain Telemetry Control: Update and maintain centralized procurement trackers, manufacturer data grids, and cost logs natively deploying Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to eliminate reporting errors.
  • Proactive Risk Mitigation: Evaluate real-time manufacturing capacity and production signals, immediately flagging shipment discrepancies or supply chain bottlenecks to protect fulfillment schedules.
  • Custom Pipeline Customization: Lead the complete end-to-end execution of complex Made-To-Order collaboration projects, tailoring workflow tracks to match unique sales objectives natively leveraging Project Management models.
  • Process Optimization Auditing: Proactively discover supply chain workflow defects, proposing advanced documentation methods, cleaner tracking templates, and automated verification loops to drive team efficiency.
  • Uncharted Operational Projects: Take full ownership of ambiguous, non-standard workflow challenges and net-new cost-saving initiatives that create long-term structural value across the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1.5+ years of proven, successful professional technology or supply chain experience operating within a sourcing, buying, vendor management, or procurement capacity.
  • A minimum of 1.5+ years of dedicated tracking history in order processing, order management, or logistics coordination, handling high-volume, multi-step execution workflows.
  • Expert Information Management Command: Demonstrated practical track record building, formatting, and analyzing multi-variable reports natively inside Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel environments.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established ability to consult across diverse corporate stakeholder networks and cross-border vendor panels.
  • Shift & Schedule Alignment: Absolute readiness and availability to work a fixed Monday through Friday schedule synchronized explicitly to 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM China Standard Time (CST), including the flexibility to occasionally adjust hours based on management decisions.
  • Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified supply chain and procurement authorities residing permanently within China.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior platform or operations experience managing automated order tracking models explicitly inside the custom apparel production, textile manufacturing, fast-paced retail e-commerce, or global freight sectors.
  • Direct operational familiarity working close-knit next to overseas apparel manufacturers, garment printers, and custom fabric suppliers.
  • An adaptable, high-agency persona characterized by strong critical thinking capabilities, exceptional organizational discipline, and a passion for managing high-volume, multi-step processes with absolute precision.

What We Offer

  • Premium China Supply Chain Administration Remuneration: A highly competitive monthly contract scale starting at $700 USD base salary (calibrated precisely to your individual systems pedigree and sourcing history) supplemented by a $40 USD monthly night shift allowance.
  • 100% permanent Work From Home (WFH) infrastructure freedom anywhere across China, completely removing daily office traffic commute blockages.
  • Global Supply Chain Influence: Elite professional landmarks built by single-handedly blueprinting the procurement trackers, supplier networks, and order workflows powering a hyper-growth custom apparel brand.
  • Comprehensive health and physical preservation setups tailored seamlessly to your local contract parameters.
  • Access to an outstanding global tech and operations community, Equal Employment Opportunity protections prioritizing diversity across age, gender identity, and disability status, and an elite 2-month paid Sabbatical program to recognize long-term organizational commitment.
