Position Overview

We are seeking a high-agency, marketing-minded Sourcing & CRM Program Manager to own the top-of-funnel talent pipeline engine for our business-critical clinical roles (Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants). Operating as a key technical contributor within our Talent Acquisition division, you will treat candidate sourcing as an optimization funnel rather than a passive tracking seat. You will formulate proactive outbound strategies using advanced Boolean strings, design multi-touch campaign sequences inside our CRM, and serve as the programmatic administrator for Greenhouse ATS. This contract seat (offering contract-to-hire potential) is built for an analyst who can confidently translate pipeline performance numbers into operational growth recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Clinical Pipeline Building: Architect and run outbound sourcing playbooks across expansion markets to build qualified pipelines aligned with our studio opening schedules.
  • Advanced Candidate Discovery: Deploy advanced Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter setups, dental school databases, and association directories to map and capture passive clinicians.
  • CRM Campaign Architecture: Take absolute structural ownership over the clinical CRM ecosystem, segmenting passive candidate pools, running targeted multi-touch email campaigns, and executing automated nurture loops.
  • Greenhouse ATS Administration: Serve as our daily system administrator—configuring job templates, custom interview scorecards, user permissions, and compliance dashboard metrics.
  • funnel Telemetry Tracking: Build and monitor comprehensive recruitment analytics reports, evaluating channel costs, source conversion rates, and time-to-fill trends to deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Employer Brand Alignment: Partner alongside the VP of Talent Acquisition to deploy localized recruitment events, referral tracking programs, and automated marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional history running outbound sourcing, talent data systems, or full-cycle recruiting operations with an explicit focus on proactive pipeline building.
  • Deep hands-on workspace experience leveraging enterprise CRM networks to structure user segments, build multi-touch campaigns, and parse contact databases.
  • Advanced operational command of **Greenhouse ATS as both a user and administrative workflow designer**.
  • Strong technical sourcing mechanics, holding verified experience deploying complex Boolean filters and deep database exploration methods.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a track record of authoring structured ad text and outreach lines that convert passive prospects.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time contract framework (with contract-to-hire pathing) restricted to qualified recruiters operating within the United Kingdom or United States (US Remote).

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical recruitment history running multi-site clinical talent acquisitions inside dental service organizations (DSOs), veterinary networks, or healthcare verticals.
  • Familiarity handling programmatic outbound sourcing platforms, compensation market benchmarking, or workforce resource mapping.
