Solutions Engineer, EMEA - SELECT by DoiT

About the Role: DoiT empowers cloud-driven organizations to achieve business growth through strategic cloud utilization. As a Solutions Engineer for SELECT by DoiT, you will be a pivotal technical leader collaborating with the Account Executive team. You will focus on our cutting-edge Snowflake/Databricks optimization capabilities, delivering exceptional value throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Account Executives for technical qualification, discovery, and understanding prospects' Cloud Data Platform cost challenges.
• Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Value (POV) exercises, ensuring successful technical outcomes.
• Deliver compelling platform demonstrations tailored to specific use cases and develop robust business cases with ROI analyses.
• Take full ownership of the technical win, guiding prospects through technical evaluations and building confidence in the solution.
• Act as the voice of the technical customer, providing structured product feedback to R&D teams.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company, specifically selling to Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery users.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Platforms in the areas of observability, optimization, FinOps, or data integration.
• Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to identify key trends and translate observations into actionable insights.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills to articulate complex strategies to both technical and business audiences.
• Bonus: Prior experience as a Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery data engineer/architect or FinOps professional.
