Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and narrative-minded Social Media Manager to join our core centralized Corporate Growth collective in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified media authorities resident anywhere within the Philippines. In this high-visibility strategic seat, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over dual-track content curation, acting simultaneously as an internal brand strategist and an agency-style client growth partner. Shifting completely away from traditional passive document data filing, basic administrative form logging, minor localized text typing, or simple single-account monitoring loops, you will run an active audience analytics, brand building, and social commerce laboratory—collaborating in lockstep with distributed creative production cells and client-facing account leads. This position requires a social commerce or creative agency veteran with 3–5 years of craft depth who maps out automated, multi-tenant posting matrices fluidly natively using Social Media Manager guidelines, develops conversion-focused, platform-specific copy frameworks cleanly natively leveraging Copywriter principles, and commands high-velocity release cadences confidently under strict brand alignment guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dual-Track Social Presence Architecture: Formulate, implement, and maintain the primary organic social media blueprint for fig1.ai across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms, alongside managing a diverse portfolio of external enterprise client accounts cleanly natively utilizing Social Media Manager best practices.
  • High-Conversion Copywriting Frameworks: Author, refine, and adapt platform-specific textual hooks, narrative captions, carousels, and promotional copy blocks natively leveraging Copywriter paradigms to match distinct multi-tenant brand voices perfectly.
  • Comprehensive Content Calendar Ownership: Model, manage, and schedule monthly multimedia content distribution charts, aligning publications with key company milestones, technical thought leadership targets, and client campaign rollouts.
  • AI-Accelerated Workflow Integration: Incorporate cutting-edge generative AI copy generators and asset tools proactively into everyday creation queues to multiply ideation tracks, speed up drafting loops, and run semantic sentiment analysis.
  • Community Engagement and Voice Guardianship: Monitor social mentions, inbound direct messages (DMs), and community thread comments continuously, maintaining proactive and contextual customer-facing dialogue in each brand specific tone.
  • Creative Briefing and Asset Interlock: Develop structured visual briefs, layout requirements, and mobile-first asset specs, partnering closely with internal design pods to produce high-performing social tiles, stories, and video concepts.
  • Telemetry Analysis and Intelligence Reporting: Track native platform analytics dashboards (including LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics) to extract actionable behavioral indicators, presenting monthly performance reviews before client leadership blocks.
  • Algorithm Drift Adaptation: Evaluate changing platform visibility parameters, interface updates, and viral format adjustments to proactively realign long-range acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified professional history running advanced social media management operations, cross-platform brand positioning, content marketing strategy, digital conversion engineering, or creative agency consulting.

  • Location Context: Position open to qualified search and social media developers based permanently and resident within the borders of the Philippines to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout, following local Philippine Public Holidays.
