Social Media Manager

About the Role: Stratosphere and Movimentum are two independent marketing and growth companies working with many of the most recognized names in Web3. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to craft social media content hands-on, manage the content calendar, and coordinate with graphic designers to give worthy tokens visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.

What You'll Do

• Craft high-quality social media content hands-on and manage the content calendar posting schedule.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and motion designers for visually compelling assets.
• Manage multiple projects consecutively in a fast-moving, asynchronous startup environment.
• Go the extra mile to meet critical deadlines, including potential weekend flexibility when necessary.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional motion design, video editing, and graphic design experience with a strong crypto portfolio.
• At least 1 year of experience working for Web3 marketing agencies or Web3 native projects.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 space and proficiency in AI creative tools (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Replit).
• Skilled in classic tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills.
